Endorsements

“Kara will work toward a smaller, more responsible and less intrusive government. She is genuinely concerned about the future of this country.”
It is my privilege to endorse Kara Linn, candidate for the Wyoming Senate District 27. I have known Kara for 15+ years. She is dedicated and trustworthy and her views reflect “true conservative values”. She is a Christian woman who has championed such causes as advocating for the rights of the mentally ill and increased awareness of anti-bullying efforts. Kara is not beholden to any special interests, there is no hidden agenda, and as such, she will work toward a smaller, more responsible and less intrusive government. She is genuinely concerned about the future of this country and with her courage and leadership we can expect a better path for Wyoming. Kara is a Patriot which is displayed in her desire to understand the issues, evaluate the options, weigh the outcomes, employ sound principles and fight for the greater good!

“Kara is able to call a spade a spade and simply do the right thing.”
I am excited to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Kara Linn. Kara and I have worked together professionally for several years in an industry that typically chews people up and spits them out. It takes a large degree of grit and determination to pound out a living as an executive recruiter. Kara has an extremely high level of competency and is great at reading between the lines and getting to the root of the problem. She is determined, articulate, an effective listener, and mature in her approach and style. She is detail-oriented and thorough in her work. She is confident and able to ask the tough questions. She is conscientious and trustworthy and would do a fantastic job representing voters. Our business is about relationships, and Kara is great at building them. She is able to call a spade a spade and simply do the right thing. Kara has a passion for this country and for doing what is best for the country. She is competitive and will dig in and stand her ground on principles she believes in as well as those she opposes. She has a keen mind and is well rounded. I believe she would be a great person to represent her community.

“I do believe that Kara sees beyond the confines of political ideology to the greater goal and the greater good; she is what I would term a compassionate conservative….”
As a fourth generation Wyomingite, I have inherited something very special here that I want to pass on, not just to my children and grandchildren, but to all who would choose to live in Wyoming now and in the future. In order for that to happen there is so much work to be done. Wyoming needs energetic, informed, capable leadership who will – at the end of the day – make that happen. I believe Kara Linn has the capabilities to do that.  No, certainly not by herself.  Therein lies the key.  She will work with others for the common good. Not a novel idea but one that seems to be sadly lacking in the world of policy making today, both locally and nationally. I unhesitatingly endorse Kara Linn as Senator from District 27, Natrona County, because I honestly believe she will look beyond ideology and rhetoric to solutions.

I know that Kara will be a firm and passionate advocate for her beliefs at a level that can make a big difference for the citizens of Wyoming. My knowledge of Kara as a person and as a friend shows me that she doesn’t just talk, she does. Kara is action-oriented. As a mover, a shaker, a doer, she works to realize her dreams.

I relish that while Kara and I rarely see eye-to-eye on the ideology, we do both adamantly agree that if we keep our eye on the prize, so to speak, the problem can be solved. While we are almost diametrically opposed in our political philosophies, we see common ground when it comes to certain issues, and we definitely are agreed that the path forward, no matter what the ideology, is to cooperate on solving problems. To be a problem-solver, not an obstructionist. To work together for a common good. I do believe that Kara sees beyond the confines of political ideology to the greater goal and the greater good; she is what I would term a compassionate conservative because she “gets” that real people are involved when decisions are made, as are real consequences. There is no doubt that she will lend her formidable intellect, energy and problem-solving skills to the task of creating a better Wyoming for all of us.

If you are searching for a senator from your district who you can trust to cut through to the heart of the matter and focus on getting positive things done, please consider voting for my friend, Kara Linn.

“Kara is tremendously smart and makes decisions based on facts, research and debate.”
I am envious of Casper residents living in Senate District #27 as they have a remarkable person seeking to represent them in the Wyoming Legislature.

I have known KaPGRWK headshot (2)ra Rae Linn personally for over 15 years and people who think they know either one of us would be surprised to discover that we are dear friends. Kara Linn is a staunch conservative in the truest meaning of the word while I consider myself a pragmatic progressive. I would have to change my party registration in order to vote for her which I would do in a heartbeat if I lived in her district.

Make no mistake about it, Kara Linn is very conservative — far more so than the incumbent. She is also a woman of profound integrity, honesty, depth and compassion. Kara has never toed anyone’s line. She is tremendously smart and makes decisions based on facts, research and debate. We’ve had many spirited political conversations during our friendship and she continues to surprise me with her fundamental decency, openness and heartfelt values — values which most Wyomingites share. You couldn’t find a better soul than Kara’s.

I would trust Kara Linn with my dog, my family, my bank account and my beloved state. She’d be an incredible addition to the Wyoming Legislature and certainly would liven things up.

The citizens of Senate District #27 can count on Kara to listen to their needs and concerns and represent them with integrity and passion.
